About Us

Meet the Founder

MN Risk Services (PTY) LTD is a 100% black female and youth owned company. Founded by Khothatso Nzimande-Manana in 2018. Khothatso has over 20 years of experience in Risk Management, with 8 of those years dedicated to leading the implementation of Sustainability transition in the commercial sector. She established MN Risk Services following comprehensive research into market opportunities within the sector. The main objective is to provide an integrated economic and social response to climate change. This encapsulates assisting companies to manage the impacts of climate change effectively, by providing for a just transition towards low carbon and sustainability transition.

Khothatso is a Certified ISO31000 Professional Risk Manager. She holds a Bcom Degree in Risk Management from UNISA, SLP Advanced Company Law from Wits University and SLP Risk and Socio-Environmental Sustainability from University of Johannesburg.
